Once production has commenced, cancellation may be subject to charges for materials used and work completed. The exact charges will be calculated based on the stage of production.

2.3 After Production

Orders cannot be cancelled after production is complete and products are ready for dispatch. However, you may be eligible for a return under our return policy.

3. Return Policy

3.1 Eligibility for Returns

Products may be returned under the following conditions:

• Products are defective or damaged upon delivery
• Products do not match the specifications in the order
• Products are returned within 7 days of delivery
• Products are in original packaging and unused condition

3.2 Non-Returnable Items
